Service Scope

VPN62 provides subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, with 90+ countries / 150+ routes and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and connection configurations are those shown in the user panel. Choose an exit location based on your local network conditions and the requirements of the service you want to access.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include third-party platform accounts, membership benefits, or content licenses. Third-party websites set their own regional policies, account review processes, and access rules. Using international routes does not guarantee access to any particular platform.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure, and do not disclose them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If you notice an unusual login or a leaked subscription, change your password promptly and contact support through a ticket with details so the relevant configuration can be addressed.

This service allows an unlimited number of devices to be online at the same time. It is intended for devices owned or lawfully managed by the account holder; this does not permit reselling subscriptions, publicly distributing routes, or sharing accounts with others. Do not misuse accounts through automation, disrupt service operations, or use a subscription for external commercial operations without authorization.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the subscription start date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before confirming an order, check the plan, data allowance, and billing method; monthly subscriptions and data packages have different validity rules. See the plan pricing page for full prices.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket and provide order details that can be used to verify the payment. Verification is only used to confirm payment ownership and process the refund; you do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service. Updates will be provided through the ticket. These terms do not guarantee a refund processing time.

Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your actual use of the service, and respect third-party platform terms, intellectual property, and personal privacy. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement, distributing unlawful content, malicious attacks, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activity.

Do not send malicious traffic, steal credentials, distribute malware, or consume service resources to disrupt others' normal use. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you notice unusual activity, stop the relevant actions and cooperate with any review. VPN62 may address violations as required by law and to the extent necessary to protect the service.

Availability and Scope of Liability

Routes may be adjusted or interrupted due to maintenance, carrier network changes, equipment failures, or events beyond our control. VPN62 will address issues and provide necessary information based on the circumstances, but does not guarantee continuous connections, fixed speeds, or uninterrupted availability of any particular platform. You can first check your local network, then switch routes or submit a support ticket.

Military-grade encryption helps protect connections, but does not replace endpoint security, account protection, or the security measures of third-party websites. Responsibility for third-party platform bans, content changes, and issues caused by user configuration will be assessed based on the actual circumstances. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or persistent disruption of the service, VPN62 may suspend the relevant connections or terminate an account depending on the nature of the conduct. If you disagree with the outcome, submit an explanation through a support ticket and request a review. Account actions do not automatically remove rights you may have under applicable law or refund entitlements stated in these terms.

If service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Important changes affecting user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to orders already placed. If you have questions about changes or wish to stop using the service, contact support through a ticket to ask about subscription and refund options.
